    If you go through the drive thru, check your order before driving away. 99% chance they'll get it wrong. They always do. It's pathetic. They're more worried about fast drive thru times than they are about quality of service.

    For the most part quite quick with service and always nice but every single time I go to this location whether I go through drive thru or cafe, I ask for extra packs of pecans for my salad and NEVER get them unless asked for a second or third time. Normally I wouldn't complain as I know they are free, but if I am asking for extra and they are rung in, I do expect to receive those extra packs.

    Burgers are never quite warm enough. The fries smell oily. I usually opt for a baked potato or salad instead of fries.

    Service was polite and reasonably quick. I added another star based on their customer service. There was a mix up with my order and Jeff dealt with it in a very professional doing everything he could to make it right and offer multiple courses of action for my convenience, including mailing out food vouchers or upgrading if I wanted to come back in. Very good handling of an unfortunate mishap.

    Food is consistent. Bathroom needs uograde and better maintenance.
