  I used this dry cleaner several months ago and was incredibly disappointed. I brought a silk blouse, 1 trench coat, a white men's dress shirt and a military mess kit. The trench coat had a coffee stain on it, men's dress shirt a lipstick stain (clearly my fault there) and the mess kit did not have any stains, but required cleaning and pressing. I didn't think to check these items prior to leaving the dry cleaner because they let me know that everything was fine. Once I went to put the clothes away, it became quite clear that everything was not fine. My silk blouse was still wrinkled, my trench was wrinkled and the coffee stain was still present, the men's dress shirt still had the lipstick stain on it and the mess kit was crumpled as well. I kept these garments hanging in my vehicle so I don't believe that anything happened from the dry cleaner to my home. Basically, I felt like I wasted a bunch of money and actually paid to have stains set in. Not impressed.
